Billing & Subscriptions - PixelRaid Hosting

1. Billing

PixelRaid Hosting services are billed monthly in advance as a subscription.

We do not use a stored balance or top-up system.

2. Payments (Stripe)

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. PixelRaid Hosting does not store full card details.

3. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe may attempt to re-process it automatically.

If payment remains unsuccessful, PixelRaid Hosting may notify you by email that your payment is overdue and that your service is at risk of suspension.

If the overdue payment is not completed, services may be suspended after a short grace period. If non-payment continues after suspension, services may eventually be terminated or deleted in line with our service lifecycle and platform rules.

It is your responsibility to keep your payment method and email address up to date so notices can reach you.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing.

Access and service end dates (if applicable) are shown in your dashboard.
