Refunds
Credits purchased via Stripe are nonrefundable, except where UK consumer law requires (e.g., faulty service or statutory coolingoff rights).
Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used credits unless legally required.
Monthly subscription fees are deducted in advance from your credit balance and are nonrefundable once the billing cycle has started.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund credits already spent.
No refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.
CoolingOff Period
Under UK law, you may have a 14day coolingoff period for digital services.
If you choose to start using your server immediately, you waive this right.
