Refunds
Subscription payments processed via Stripe are non-refundable, except where UK consumer law requires (e.g., faulty service or statutory cooling-off rights).
Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used subscription periods unless legally required.
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance via Stripe and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.
Cooling-Off Period
Under UK law, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services.
If you choose to start using your server immediately, you waive this right.
