Keep your account details accurate and secure.

You pay a monthly subscription through Stripe for server space.

Subscription payments are non-refundable unless UK law requires it.

If a subscription payment fails, your server may pause until payment succeeds.

We provide gaming server space, rented from third-party hosts.

We aim for 99% uptime, but occasional downtime may happen.

We’re not responsible for lost data or gameplay progress.

Don’t use servers for illegal activity, harmful software, Cryptocurrency Mining and Related Activities, or breaking copyright laws.

Breaking the rules may mean your account is cancelled without refund.

We follow UK data protection laws (UK GDPR).

Stripe processes your payments securely.

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Our responsibility is limited to what you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.

We’re not liable for indirect losses like lost profits.

You can cancel anytime via your dashboard.

No refunds for part-months unless required by law.

We may update these terms.

Using the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
