👤 Accounts

You need to be 18+ (or have parental consent).

Keep your account details accurate and secure.

💳 Payments

You pay a monthly subscription through Stripe for server space.

Subscription payments are non-refundable unless UK law requires it.

If a subscription payment fails, we may email you to let you know the payment is overdue and that your service is at risk.

If payment still does not go through after that notice period, your server may be suspended. If it stays unpaid after suspension, it may later be removed.

🖥️ Our Service

We provide gaming server space, rented from third-party hosts.

We aim for 99% uptime, but occasional downtime may happen.

We’re not responsible for lost data or gameplay progress.

🚫 Rules

Don’t use servers for illegal activity, harmful software, Cryptocurrency Mining and Related Activities, or breaking copyright laws.

Breaking the rules may mean your account is cancelled without refund.

🔒 Privacy

We follow UK data protection laws (UK GDPR).

Stripe processes your payments securely.

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

⚖️ Liability

Our responsibility is limited to what you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.

We’re not liable for indirect losses like lost profits.

❌ Cancelling

You can cancel anytime via your dashboard.

No refunds for part-months unless required by law.

If your account is ended for non-payment or serious rule-breaking, we may suspend access first and then remove the service later if the issue is not resolved.

📜 Updates

We may update these terms.

Using the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
