1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of PixelRaid Hosting’s website and services.
1.2 By creating an account or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1.3 PixelRaid Hosting rents server space from third-party providers and resells it to consumers for online gaming. We act as a reseller, not the original host.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase services.
2.2 If under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Accounts

• You must register with accurate and complete information.

3.2 Services are purchased via monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
3.4 PixelRaid Hosting may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these T&Cs.

4. Payments

4.1 Services are purchased via monthly subscription payments, processed via Stripe.
4.2 Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by UK law.
4.3 All payments are processed securely through Stripe. PixelRaid Hosting does not store full card details.
4.4 Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

• Stripe may attempt to re-process failed transactions automatically.
• By starting or renewing a subscription, you authorise Stripe to process payments on your behalf.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

5.1 Server space is billed monthly in advance as a subscription payment via Stripe.
5.2 If a subscription payment fails, your service may be paused until payment is successful.
5.3 You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and that subscription payments succeed before renewal dates.

6. Service Provision

6.1 PixelRaid Hosting provides access to server space for gaming purposes only. PixelRaid Hosting aims to provide 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6.2 Downtime may occur due to third-party host issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.
6.3 PixelRaid Hosting is not liable for loss of data, gameplay progress, or in-game purchases.

7. Acceptable Use

7.1 You must not use servers for:

Illegal activities (fraud, piracy, harassment).

Hosting or distributing harmful software.

Breaching intellectual property rights.

Cryptocurrency Mining and Related Activities

7.2 PixelRaid Hosting strictly prohibits the use of its servers for cryptocurrency mining, blockchain transaction validation, or any related activities (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other digital currencies).

Customers must not install, run, or facilitate software, scripts, or processes designed to mine, farm, or generate cryptocurrency tokens.

Any account found engaging in such activities will be subject to immediate suspension or termination without refund. PixelRaid Hosting reserves the right to recover costs associated with excessive resource usage or damage caused by such activities.

7.3 Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1 PixelRaid Hosting complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2 Personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.3 Payment data is processed by Stripe in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All website content, branding, and software remain the property of PixelRaid Hosting.
9.2 You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

10. Liability

10.1 PixelRaid Hosting’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
10.2 We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
10.3 Nothing in these T&Cs excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Cancellation & Termination

11.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
11.2 No refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.
11.3 PixelRaid Hosting may terminate accounts for breach of these T&Cs.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 PixelRaid Hosting reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time.
12.2 Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Service Availability Disclaimer

14.1 PixelRaid Hosting rents server space from third‑party providers and resells it to consumers for online gaming. While we aim to provide 99% uptime, we do not control the underlying infrastructure and therefore cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

14.2 Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• PixelRaid Hosting is not responsible for downtime, interruptions, or performance issues caused by third‑party providers, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• No refunds or reimbursements will be provided for downtime, regardless of duration or frequency.
• PixelRaid Hosting’s liability for service interruptions is expressly excluded, except where required by UK law.
